We’ll call you to introduce ourselves and gather additional details.

If we move forward after the phone call, we like to meet our clients and explain our home-buying process.  We need anywhere from 30-60 minutes, it just depends on how many questions you have.

We have an initial financial discussion to assess your ability to pay for the kind of home you are interested in.

If after our in-person discussion we decide we can work together, we match your criteria with our available homes looking for a match.  If we don't find a match, we go to work looking for an upcoming home through our network and through our other sources.

Once matches are found, we arrange to see them and then move forward with a purchase offer.

With a property under contract, we arrange financing through our private lender network.

At the same time, we conduct an inspection to look for any major problems with the home.
